Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, contact us at  info@thecabin.com.cy with reference to your Order number and you will receive an e-mail given the address of return and all the details. Returns are acceptable no later than 10 days after your delivery date.

 

RETURNS

Any return of items to The Cabin must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.  Damaged, used, or altered returns or anything The Cabin considers unreasonable will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • Items must be received by The  Cabin no later than 10 days after the date of delivery. Returns received outside the above time will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer
  • Discounted  or Showroom items  will  not be returned or exchanged.
  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Shoe wear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. When trying on shoe wear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

 

Please be advised, The Cabin  does not provide shipping labels or pay for return shipping/handling costs when an unwanted item is returned.

Once your return has been received and accepted by our team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. The delivery costs will not be included. 

 

Should there be any defects or damaged items in your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt. In the event of an incorrect shipment, defective/damaged item that is the fault of The Cabin or our shipping carrier, our customer service team will assist with a prepaid label to return the merchandise for a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS

  • The Cabin   will refund the purchase price received by The Cabin for such returned items.  Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase in the same currency as the original purchase. This may take 3-5 business days upon receipt of the returned products.      
  • Shipping charges and duties will not be refunded. Should there be any defects or damaged items in your order, please  contact us immediately upon receipt.
